Job description

• Deploy network and security solutions for end-users
• Provide second line support for all ICT-related issues of all end-users
• Maintain a knowledge database to enhance quality of problem resolutions

Profile Academic / Experience

• University degree in Computer Science specialized in Network Systems
• A previous experience in similar position is a plus but not required
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus

Technical knowledge

• Unix
• TCP/IP
• DNS
• Network devices (routers/switches/firewalls)

Personal skills

• Methodical and highly structured
• At ease with multi-tasking and problem solving
• Eager to learn, good communication (listening and speaking) skills, motivated, intuitive
• Client minded
• Team player, but autonomous when needed
