Job description
- First line support for all ICT-related issues of all end-users
- Log all relevant incident/service request details, categorize and prioritize issues
- Resolve the incidents/service requests within your knowledge, experience and known processes and procedures
- When needed you will escalate issues to a higher level
- Maintain a knowledge database to enhance quality of problem resolutions
Profile
Academic / Experience:
- A bachelor degree in IT
- A previous experience in a similar position is a plus but not required
Technical knowledge
- Operating Systems : Windows XP/Vista/7, Unix/Linux
- Network : TCP/IP
Personal skills
- Eager to learn, good communication (listening and speaking) skills, motivated, intuitive
- Good contact with the clients and politeness
- Good stress management
- Team player, but autonomous when needed
- Client minded
- You speak fluently Dutch, French AND English
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
